ACTION is the name of the agent facing software that Discover Financial Services is developing for the future of their call center agents. The idea is that it should be so easy that anyone can use it. The software uses predictive logic to display talking points that any agent, rookie or veteran, can reference to guide a customer conversation and cut back on call lengths. This particular feature is what a conversation flow would look like when an existing customer calls for a balance transfer. The widgets and talking points are created from existing design system that was created specifically for this project.
